RECORD COMPANIES!!

 

This band requires a major recording contract. But will
also sign to smaller one.

- On our website is music the band both wrote and
produced. 10 songs in total and another 10 will be
uploaded soon

-for the sum of 25k Cdn. you can have the recording
rights for 3 cd's over a period of three years. Every other country shall be $2,500 per year
and you will also have the first right to refusal for
15 days.

- The Loop shall be termed the band for wording in
this contract.

-the band may collect royalties from more than one
record or music company

-the band agrees to perform 90 shows per year.
-the band shall produce one record per year 9-12 songs

- the band shall pick the material

- the band may produce the songs themselves

-the band shall name the album

-if and when a song enters the to 100 or 200 charts
the band shall the lease the music company the
sub publishing for that song for a duration of 50 years
and the music company shall receive there payment
directly from the performance right's agency.

- the band shall write and produce music to the best
of there ability.

- the music company shall pay the band 7 cents per
song whether sold individually of together  and the
music company agrees to pay such fees on a net 30
basis

- the band shall retain the rights to all merchandising
unless otherwise determined

- the music company shall designate a key person that
the band will deal with, if that person for any reason
leaves that company or cant perform there duties and
or assigns this contract the band has the right to
terminate this contract in writing 30 days notice
without a penalty

-this contract shall be signed in the province of
Ontario, Canada and shall be governed by the laws of
Ontario.

-the band shall hold the record company harmless
against any copyright infringement
- the band may cover any other artists music
the music company shall be responsible to obtain the
proper license and still pay the band 7 cents per
unit sold unless the band sell that song from there
own website.

the terms of this agreement maybe altered
the band shall own the name of the band - the loop
the band shall own all copyrights , recordings .live
recording and videos ,and concert video and doesn't
have to pay any royalties to any company at any time.
